We have a team of highly experienced employees available to clean your home or business. My brother, my wife and I, Luis Suriel, run this company and we will be present at every service.
We have a small regular contract to give us permission to start servicing your place. This contract can be cancelled anytime, please let us know as soon as you want your service cancelled. Also, please let us know where we can make improvements.
We are available 24/7 for cleaning already scheduled. Our office hours are 9am to 9pm everyday of the week
We are completely responsible for these items.
Our employees will respect your property and will take great care of your belongings. In the event that something is damaged, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing the item in question.
To expedite your service, we ask that clothes, toys and other items are picked up prior to your cleaning day. Unless those items are to be trashed. Please let us know if these items need to be organized. A small extra fee might be charged for organizing your place.
No, we will provide all of the necessary cleaning equipment, unless there is something specific that you would like us to do.
No, you don't have to be present.
We do not provide cleaning services on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. With the exception of those days, we provide services 24/7. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
We accept cash or checks made payable to Shining Spots Cleaning. We also accept major credit cards or your bank’s debit card.
